Our mission is to uncover the human body in its natural and unembellished way; exploring what it means to be human with physical and mental body image. Our hope is that the project will enable humans of various body types to look at their bodies in a new way — the true way — and to have a new appreciation for themselves. Through an enamel pin fundraiser, we strive to empower the human body in its most raw and beautiful form and create awareness by bringing light to The Shapes Project.
